In this class, students will be introduced to MIG welding basics, as well as simple layout techniques. On day one, students will have the opportunity to become proficient in MIG welding of T-joints and outside corner joints; we will also start the design process of the planters. On day two, we will fabricate our planters, then paint or patina your desired finish. If you sign up early enough and have a specific design or theme in mind, you can correspond with Paige up to one week before class to see if we can accomplish your specific design.
