In this class, students will be introduced to MIG welding basics. On day one, students will have the opportunity to become proficient in mig welding of T-joints and plug welds; we will also cover angle grinder safety and usage. On day two, we will begin to fabricate our candelabras, and move onto painting, patina, and/or the addition of gold leaf. If students sign up early enough and have a specific design or theme in mind, you can correspond with Paige up to one week before class to see if we can accomplish your specific design.
